Terms and Conditions for Original Ground Breakers Luxury Car Service
By making your reservation with OGC, Original Groundbreakers Co-Op, Inc., you agree to be bounded
by the following terms and conditions.
You will receive proof of the confirmed reservation via email. Once the confirmation is sent, the
reservation details must be reviewed carefully to ensure that everything is correct. If any details need to
be updated, it is up to the individual responsible for payment on the reservation to notify Original
Groundbreakers of those updates. Original Groundbreakers is authorized to use the credit card provided to
confirm the reservation for any additional fees.
Payment:-
The total amount of your confirmed trip is due at the time of booking. All prearrange hourly rides require
a credit card authorization form and proof of identity. The individual responsible for payment must show
identity with the name matching the credit card used to confirm the booking for all airport
pick-up/drop-off, one-way, and round-trip rides.
Liability:-
Original Groundbreakers is not liable for circumstances beyond its control. Including but not limited to
weather conditions, road closures, and mechanical breakdowns.
Original Groundbreakers is not responsible for lost luggage, personal items, or any items left in the
vehicle. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental. If
you believe your item was lost during transit, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to
locate the item.
Original Groundbreakers provides children with safety seats upon request. The Florida Federal Law states
the parent, guardian, or other entities are legally responsible for the welfare of the child and are
responsible for ensuring the child’s seat is safely secured.
It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Standing is prohibited while the vehicle is moving. Original
Groundbreakers is not liable for any injuries caused by customer negligence. Vehicles cannot be loaded
beyond seating capacity and the use of safety belts is required by law.
Passenger Conduct:-
Possession of illegal drugs or alcohol consumption by anyone under 21 years old is prohibited inside the
vehicle. Alcohol is only allowed in any limousine with a partition. The responsible individual is liable for
all fines and vehicle damage caused during the rental duration by them or any members of their party.
Original Groundbreakers reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is misconduct
during the trip).
Smoking Prohibited:-
Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the vehicle and is subject to a $500 fine per incident and does
not include any Extra Ordinary Cleaning fees.
Vehicle & Vehicle Accessories Damage
The individual responsible for the reservation payment will be held responsible financially for any
damage to Original Groundbreakers property that was the result of the misconduct of guests in the
vehicle. A minimum fee of $250 for damage done to the interior. The damage fee will
increase depending on the severity of the damage. The sanitation fee is $350 minimum, depending on
severity. Vehicles that have glassware as an amenity are subject to a $60 replacement fee for each glass
that has been lost, stolen, or broken during a trip.
Overtime:-
If a reservation extends past the agreed scheduled time, the credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
